I am Stephan Kugler, a designer based in Cologne, Germany, and I am available for work globally, both remotely and on-site. I started studying communication design in 2009 and finished it 2015 with a bachelor of arts.
I have been freelancing for various clients, specializing in 3D modeling, 3D concept design, visualization, and animation. I have a passion for tackling technical challenges, such as modeling and rendering hard surface or technical objects.
Additionally, since September 2018, I have been sharing my knowledge as a lecturer in communication design and 3D at Hochschule Düsseldorf.
My expertise extends to the realm of audio and sound, drawing from my experience as a guitarist and musician, which enhances my understanding of how animation and sound intertwine.
The software tools I proficiently utilize include Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine, Octane, Redshift, Cycles 4D, X-Particles, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Photoshop, Fusion, Fusion 360, World Creator, Creative Suite, and Reaper.
In 2023, I delved into the Unreal Engine and successfully completed my first major project using it.
